Why I'm Running
for US Congress in Utah's 2nd Congressional District
As a Utah native, I have a vested interest in our community and the
future of our children. We need to bring common sense back into government,
especially in the area of balancing our budget and eliminating the federal debt.
Bringing common sense back into government is the most logical
way to make it possible for our children and their children to have a chance at having the
economic opportunities that we now enjoy.
 If it makes sense for American families to
show financial responsibility, then it certainly makes sense for our government to show
financial responsibility.
The economic vitality of our country should not be
a partisan issue. To me it is a common sense issue.
As a US Congressman, I pledge to stand for the fundamental principles that
have made this country the greatest nation in history. Common sense is the easiest way
to sum up my approach to the challenges we now face.
